cleanforce24's total liability to you for all damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to cleanforce24 for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
